Terms, Privacy & Risk
These pages govern your use of the Advance Bit Coin website and any participation in the $ABC token presale. Please read them carefully. Last updated: 26 June 2026.
Important. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency carries significant risk, including the total loss of funds. Nothing here is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful. You should consult your own qualified advisers before participating.
Terms of Use
By accessing the Advance Bit Coin website (the "Site") or participating in the $ABC token presale (the "Presale"), you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or take part in the Presale.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to acquire digital assets in your country of residence. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is lawful where you live. The Presale is not available to any person in a jurisdiction where token sales, or this offering, are prohibited or restricted, and not to persons subject to international sanctions.
2. Nature of $ABC
$ABC is intended as a utility token for use within the Advance Bit Coin ecosystem. It is not a share, security, equity, deposit, or a promise of profit, dividend, or any financial return. Purchasing $ABC is a voluntary contribution toward the development of the project and does not grant ownership, voting rights over any company, or any guaranteed benefit.
3. Presale, payment & delivery
- The Presale runs in stages at the prices published on the Site. Prices and dates may change.
- Payment is accepted in USDT on the Solana network (SPL) only. Sending any other asset, or using any other network, may result in permanent loss of funds.
- All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the correct address.
- $ABC tokens are allocated based on confirmed payments and are typically distributed (airdropped) at the Token Generation Event. Delivery timing is not guaranteed.
- All sales are final. There are no refunds except where required by applicable law.
4. Wallets & self-custody
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and we cannot recover funds sent in error or lost through compromised wallets. Connecting a wallet is done at your own risk.
5. No financial advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for doing your own research.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law or sanctions, and not to attempt to interfere with, attack, or reverse-engineer the Site or its infrastructure.
7. Third-party services
The Site relies on third-party services and links (including wallet providers, blockchain networks, RPC providers, and launchpads such as PinkSale). We do not control and are not responsible for these third parties, their availability, or any loss arising from their use.
8. Intellectual property
The Advance Bit Coin name, branding, content, and design are the property of the project and may not be copied or used without permission, except for normal viewing of the Site.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and $ABC are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project, its contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — including loss of funds, profits, or data — arising from your use of the Site, the Presale, or any digital asset.
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless the project and its contributors from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Project: replace this with your chosen governing jurisdiction once confirmed with a lawyer.]
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Advance Bit Coin handles information when you use the Site. The Site is designed to be largely non-custodial and to collect as little personal information as possible.
1. Information we collect
- Blockchain data. When you connect a wallet or make a payment, your public wallet address and transaction details are recorded on the public Solana blockchain. This data is public by nature and is not controlled by us.
- Technical & usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited, for security and performance.
- Information you provide. If you voluntarily contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect names, government IDs, or payment-card details through the Site.
2. How we use information
We use the limited information above to operate and secure the Site, to process and verify Presale contributions, to improve the Site, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies & analytics
The Site may use essential cookies and basic, privacy-respecting analytics or server logs to understand traffic and keep the Site running. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
4. Third parties
We rely on third-party providers to run the Site — including our web host, blockchain RPC providers, and wallet software. These providers process limited data on our behalf or independently under their own policies. The public blockchain itself is operated by no single party. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect against fraud or abuse.
5. Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You use the Site and manage your own wallet at your own risk.
6. Data retention
We keep technical logs only for as long as needed for security, operations, and legal compliance. Data written to the public blockchain is permanent and outside our control.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
8. International users
The Site may be accessed from around the world, and information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Site you consent to this.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Note that information on the public blockchain cannot be altered or deleted by us.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
Risk Disclaimer
Participating in a token presale and holding digital assets is high risk. By using this Site you acknowledge and accept the following risks. Only commit funds you can afford to lose entirely.
1. Risk of total loss
The value of $ABC may go down as well as up, and could fall to zero. You may lose some or all of the funds you contribute. There is no guarantee of any return, profit, listing, liquidity, or buy-back.
2. No guarantees on the roadmap
Any roadmap, feature, exchange listing, staking program, auto-pool, mining, or future product described on the Site is aspirational and forward-looking. It may be delayed, changed, or never delivered. Forward-looking statements are not promises.
3. Regulatory risk
Laws and regulations around digital assets are evolving and differ by country. Future regulation could restrict, devalue, or prohibit $ABC, the Presale, or your ability to use or sell tokens.
4. Technology risk
Blockchains, smart contracts, wallets, and bridges can contain bugs or be exploited. Transactions are irreversible. Network congestion, failed transactions, or sending to the wrong address or network can result in permanent loss of funds.
5. Market & liquidity risk
Crypto markets are highly volatile and can be illiquid. You may be unable to sell $ABC at your desired price or at all.
6. Early-stage project risk
Advance Bit Coin is an early-stage project. There is no assurance the project will succeed, continue, or maintain its team, community, or infrastructure.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own due diligence and decisions. This Site does not provide investment advice. If you are unsure, seek independent professional advice before participating.
